The resort options they showed me were nice, but the communication was kind of frustrating. I’d wait a long time for replies and sometimes had to follow up again just to get simple answers. It made the whole planning process more stressful than it needed to be. Not the worst service I’ve dealt with, but i expected quicker responses.

Am I the only one who gets frustrated when the price you first see isn’t the price you actually end up paying? I was interested in booking, but as I kept going, extra fees started showing up, and it made it really hard to compare places fairly.
The resorts might be great, but I don’t love feeling unsure about what the final cost is going to be. I just wish they showed the full total upfront so you know exactly what you’re getting into.

The resort was mostly clean, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was a disaster zone or anything. The lobby looked nice, and the room seemed fine when we first walked in. But then I spotted some dust near the bed and suddenly I was inspecting everything like I worked for a cleanliness task force. The bathroom corners also could’ve used a bit more attention, which bugged me more than it probably should have. It wasn’t terrible at all, but for the price, I expected things to be a little more polished. Overall, it was okay, just wish the cleaning was more consistent.
